Tuesday’s game against Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton was a heartbreaker for Otter Tail Central Junior Legion, as they lost the lead late in a 6-2 defeat on Tuesday.  Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton was down 2-1 in the top of the fifth inning when Kolton Wagner tripled on a 1-2 count, scoring three runs.

Despite dropping the game, the Bulldogs outhit DGF by an 8-3 margin.

OTC opened up scoring in the first inning.  Lane Dilly singled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.

Isaac Nelson earned the win for DGF as he allowed eight hits and two runs over 6 1/3 innings, striking out six.  Beau Majors threw 2/3 of an inning in relief out of the bullpen. Majors recorded the last two outs to earn the save.

Owen Buehler took the loss for OTC as he allowed two hits and five runs over five innings, striking out three.

Tyson Misegades led OTC with two hits in four at bats.

In the second game, eight runs in the third inning led OTC past DGF 12-2.  

OTC batters contributing to the big inning included Jayden Harig, Owen Buehler, Hunter Haugen, Owen Harrig, Gavin Pausch, and  Tyson Misegades, all driving in runs in the frame.

Lane Dilly took the win for OTC as he pitched six innings, allowing eight hits and two runs while striking out two.

OTC hitters collected 11 hits in the game.  Buehler, Kale Misegades, Dilly, and Haugen all had multiple hits for Ottertail Central Junior Legion.  Haugen, Dilly, Misegades, and Buehler all had two hits to lead the way.
