Sheriff deputies reported that one person was injured in a vehicle rollover at 8:42 a.m. on May 6 at the intersection of Highway 78 and South Clitherall Lake Road.

The Minnesota State Patrol assisted sheriff deputies at the scene of the accident.

Driver injured after

leaving road, striking tree

A driver lost control of his vehicle, left the roadway and struck a tree at 1:53 p.m. May 5 at the intersection of Highway 83 and 350th Avenue, near the west side of Otter Tail Lake.

The victim, a 61-year-old male, was taken to an area hospital with non-life- threatening injuries.

ATV riders smash into

electric cattle fence

Juveniles were apprehended and cited for reckless use of an ATV after smashing into an electric cattle fence at Pleasant Lake Road, north of Underwood. The time frame was close to 8 p.m. on Saturday, May 8.

Witnesses said the youths had been racing up and down 280th Avenue in at least two ATVs. An investigation was continuing as of May 10.
