The Henning Community Center was filled on Monday night as residents turned out for a special city council meeting. The meeting included discussion about how to fund upcoming utility projects, as well as discussion about the Highway 108 project being proposed for 2024. Several community members spoke during the meeting with questions for the council regarding future budget cuts and funding. More information about the special city council meeting will be featured in next week’s issue of the Citizen’s Advocate.
