Murphy Despard, Joseph Froslee and Ethan Houselog were honored as Eagle Scouts during a small, but special ceremony, at the Henning Community Center on Saturday. The ceremony was originally scheduled for late last year, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
