Thanks to the generosity of Henning area individuals, organizations, churches, townships and fund-raising efforts, the Henning Food Shelf had a successful 2025 March Food Share Month Campaign that ran from March 1 through April 6, raising a total of $18,000 and taking in 948.2 pounds of food donations. The volunteers and clients of the local food shelf are extremely grateful for the outpouring of support during the annual spring campaign, which also offers the opportunity to receive some matching funds from the campaign’s statewide sponsors in the months to come. Whether you wrote a check, helped with or attended a fund raiser, collected or donated food items or participated in other ways, thank you! God bless you all for being a blessing to our neighbors in need!
