Happy Valentine’s Day from the Landmark Center, we hope you are loving the brief break from the winter freeze. Hang in there and stay warm, Spring will be here soon. 

The Landmark Center will soon host two upcoming arts workshops, including Wet Felting by Mary Jo Wentz Tuesday, Feb. 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Watercolor Batik Painting by Ruth Hanson on Saturday, March 11 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

Two additional workshops coming in April include a two day Linocut Printmaking Workshop with Mike Weatherly April 15 and 22, and also a two day Wood Relief Face Carving Workshop with Clayton Johnson April 28- 29.

The Landmark Center challenges you to a photo contest featuring images from the greater Henning area, including lakes, wildlife, town scenes, sports, agriculture, weather and rural lifestyle.

Please begin to look for your favorite images and keep making new ones.  More details to come on how to enter your photos. Winners will be chosen this Summer and may be used for a Henning calendar or Henning postcards.
