The Bluffton Braves defeated the Henning North Stars by a score of 10-0 on Friday night. 

The game started as a pitcher’s duel as the first 18 hitters were retired in order, before Isaac Hamann opened the top of the fourth inning with a solo home run. The Braves then loaded the bases with a pair of walks and a single, before Kyle Dykhoff connected with an RBI single and Tyson Barthel hit an sacrafice fly to left field to make the score 3-0 in favor of Bluffton.

Nick Trosdahl took a tough loss to Bluffton on Friday night in Henning.

Bluffton made the score 5-0 in the top of the sixth inning when Connor Davis hit a two-run home run and the Braves added a pair of runs in the top of the seventh inning to amke the score 8-0.

Jayden Harig broke up a no hitter for Bluffton with two outs in the bottom of the seventh inning, before Nick Lindberg secured Henning’s second hit with one out in the bottom of the ninth inning. 

The Braves tacked on two runs in the top of the ninth inning to end the game by a score of 10-0. 

Josh Dykhoff picked up the win on the mound as he pitched four innings and gave up just one walk and struck out three hitters. Dustin Geiser pitched four scoreless innings and gave up just one hit, while striking out four hitters. Kyle Dykhoff pitched a scoreless ninth inning for Bluffton.

Nick Trosdahl took the loss on the mound for Henning as he went seven innings and have up five earned runs. Nick Lindberg pitched two innings and gave up a pair of unearned runs. 

Payton Rondesvedt led the way offensively for Bluffton as he went 2-4 with three runs scores, while Davis finished with three RBIs for the Braves.
