District Manager of the East Otter Tail Soil & Water Conservation District Darren Newville is the featured speaker at the August OTC COLA Annual Meeting in Ottertail Aug. 17.
Darren Newville, District Manager of the East Otter Tail Soil & Water Conservation District (SWCD) will be the Featured Speaker at the OTC COLA Annual Meeting.
The event will be held Thursday, Aug. 17, at the Ottertail Community Center, located at 93 Lake Avenue South.
The meeting will start at 7 p.m. All Otter Tail County lake property owners are encouraged to attend.
Newville will provide an update on the work of the SWCDs in Otter Tail County and the progress on the Watershed Planning efforts. He will also provide an update on the Otter Tail River dam modification projects that are being completed this summer with funding from the Department of Natural Resources and the U.S Fish & Wildlife Service.
