Four wrestlers compete at Grant County Invite

0After both of their matches earlier in the week were cancelled, four Otter Tail Central wrestlers traveled to West Central Area for the Grant County wrestling tournament on Saturday.
The top place finisher for OTC was Kale Rich who took third place at 285 lbs. He dropped his opening round match of the day by fall, before pinning Noah Adelman of Border West in the consolation semi-finals. In the third place match, Rich won by injury default over Gavin Noys of Canby to capture third place.
Also placing for the Bulldogs was Tommy Ehlert who took fifth place at 152 lbs. Ehlert defeated Andrew Marty of MAHACA by injury default to secure his fifth place finish.
This week the Bulldogs will host Wadena-Deer Creek on Thursday night in Underwood, before heading to Pequot Lakes for a tournament on Friday and Saturday.
