The Otter Tail Central 15U team watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 10-4 loss to Alexandria on Friday. Alexandria scored on a sacrifice fly in the first inning and a single in the second inning.

OTC struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Alexandria, giving up 10 runs.

Kaleb Hammes took the loss for OTC as he went three innings, allowing four runs on five hits and striking out two.

Garrett Kuhn-Rice, Hammes, Conner Thompson, Eric Fick, Ayden Olson, Drew Evavold, and Bradyn Roisum each managed one hit to lead the way offensively.

In the second game, OTC fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 9-1 loss to Alexandria on Friday. Alexandria took the lead on a sacrifice fly in the first inning. Alexandria added five more runs in the fourth inning. 

Ayden Olson took the loss for OTC as he lasted three innings, allowing five hits and four runs while striking out two and walking zero.

Conner Thompson, Eric Fick, Olson, Rowan Finseth, and Collin Lukken each collected one hit to lead OTC.
